ABOUT
Mark Rosa has lived in New York for the last ten years and has extensive personal and professional experience in real estate.

Having served as Treasurer of a Greenwich Village co-op that he purchased in 2008, Mark has intimate knowledge of the board application and approval process, as he reviewed and submitted many board packages during his tenure. He sold this apartment in 2014 and purchased a co-op in Chelsea in 2017 where he currently resides.

Prior to LG Fairmont, Mark spent six years analyzing stocks at Oppenheimer and Stephens Inc. Mark leverages his experience building financial models and generating price targets to value apartments and find the best selling price for owners in the market to sell.

An entrepreneur at heart, he previously ran a startup company as its Chief Operating Officer. He also worked at Citi Habitats Relocation Office specializing in finding apartments for people newly hired and moving to New York.

Originally from New Jersey, Mark has also lived in Miami Beach and Richmond, VA, where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the University of Richmond. During his free time, Mark writes restaurant reviews and is a member of Anthology Film Archives, the Museum of the Moving Image, and the Whitney Museum of Art.
