TESTIMONIALS

Tara has helped me find two separate apartments in the past two years and each time has been professional, timely, and very accommodating. Each apartment I have signed has been great for my needs, with Tara helping make the process straightforward. I would highly recommend Tara for anyone looking for a place in NYC.

I worked with Tara Beschta looking at apartments in FiDi in January 2016. I was moving to NYC from Washington DC for a job and only had one weekend to apartment hunt. FiDi was a neighborhood option for me because of transportation and proximity to friends in both Brooklyn and the west side of the island. I consider myself very lucky to have come across Tara. I told her what was important to me (modern, views, price) and she tailored our 3 hour block of time to exactly what I was looking for. Having lived in FiDi before, she was also able to give me some social insight into what's it like to live in the neighborhood - groceries, bars, subway lines, etc. I feel like I got a good sense of the neighborhood and the apartments that fit my profile. In addition to being insightful and helpful during my visit, what sets Tara apart from every other agent I've worked with is what she did afterward. She made sure to follow up with a summary of the places we visited, as well as additional photos of the places we saw (to help me remember), and other places that I had mentioned I wish I could've seen. She even offered to go back to one building in particular and video a walk-through just so I could get a feel for what it was like, understanding that I wouldn't be able to make a second trip to NYC. In the end, I chose not to live in FiDi, but I will absolutely use Tara for my next apartment hunting trip.
