Mark helped me find the perfect apartment a few years ago! I was definitely a tough client - with a pretty narrow idea of what I wanted and the neighborhood I wanted to be in - and he was able to find the perfect place for me. It speaks volumes that I still live on the same block years later! Mark was professional and hard-working throughout the entire process, and I really enjoyed getting to know him.
I highly recommend Mark and will most certainly be going to him the next time I need to initiate a search for a new home!
I met Mark Rosa through a friend of mine, whom he too helped find an apartment.
After seeing how efficient and reliable and trustworthy Mark was in finding my friend the right apartment, I knew immediately I needed to begin working with him.
To provide a little bit of history, I was quite a ‘particular’ tenant. I may have been searching for a unicorn! Mark put in the time to eventually find me the perfect place. He suggested a unit in a co-op building that wasn't on the market yet. I had never lived in a co-op before, and as you can imagine, I had some initial questions. I was introduced to many new things — rules/regulations specific to the co-op world. Mark truly went above and beyond to assist me in this moving endeavor.
In fact, he continues to remain a trusted source for me whenever any real estate questions or concerns arise.
