Though they may seem unrelated, Brian Joseph Lodice’s educational background in automotive technology has shaped how he approaches his role as a real estate agent.
Working with cars required patience, strong work ethic, and time management. When a car had a mechanical issue, Brian needed to identify and correctly fix the problem right away.
“With real estate I also do just that,” he says. “Clients present their issues they’ve had with their past housing to me and tell me about the goals. I work to meet those desires on our first showings, using our time together efficiently.”
Now having worked in real estate for more than three years, Brian is determined to make the real estate process enjoyable for clients, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. No matter the client’s needs, Brian will always work to his full potential to meet their goals.
Brian is known for his personality, response time, and knowledge about the industry. He is skilled at investment analysis, and he also works as a freelance photographer, specializing in architectural, interior, and street photography.
“I enjoy being able to capture the beauty of a scene or building and then enhancing that beauty with technical skills that involve composition, lighting, and some post production editing,” Brian explains.
Born in Connecticut, and now living in Brooklyn Heights, Brian enjoys driving and fixing cars, reading non-fiction, fitness, and the guitar. You can see his photography at www.BrianJosephPhoto.com
