A true real estate innovator and 9 year veteran, Jordan L. March combines proven methods, unmatched service standards and a progressive approach to representing sellers, buyers and developers in New York City residential real estate. Prior to joining LG Fairmont, Jordan was an original team member of a residential real estate group that earned over $100 million in rental and sales volume. He has managed team and some of Manhattans leading brokerages with training over 300 agents to date. His roles included lead generation, prospecting/farming, developing sales pitches, business development, corporate relocation, landlord and property management, catering directly to clients’ needs and analyzing purchase cost numbers.

Jordan has also developed a wide range of relationships with major landlords throughout New York City. He consistently exceeds clients’ expectations and goals by: negotiating concessions, including but not limited to special stipulations and addendums to the rental lease; reviewing the offering plan with clients on a new construction development; and keeping in continual contact with clients via e-brochures, newsletters, and sponsored networking events. Jordan has designed and created lead generation systems by leveraging his database of local attorneys, landlords and previous clients, a method that produces the secondary relationships and referrals that are key to maximum exposure, creating premium returns for his sellers and landlords.
